WKS Isotec is an online retailer for building insulation. Orders were coming in, but every step after that was manual.
Orders arrived via email. Someone had to read them, figure out which wholesaler could fulfil them, forward the order manually, then wait. When the wholesaler shipped, the tracking number came back via email — and someone had to copy it by hand into the system, then send it to the customer. Invoices were created manually. The matched wholesaler receives the order automatically, formatted and imported directly into their system. No emails, no re-keying, no delays.
Tracking number pipeline
When the wholesaler ships and generates a tracking number, it flows back automatically — imported into the system and sent to the customer without anyone lifting a finger.
Automated invoicing and communications
Invoices, order confirmations, and shipping notifications are generated and sent automatically. The customer gets updates at every stage — all hands-free.
