A Cairns Builder's Website Rebuilt With a Page for Every Service and Answers Search Engines and AI Can Read
The Brief
MLS Projects is a QBCC-licensed building and carpentry business in Cairns: decks, patios, carports and cyclone-rated pergolas, fencing, outdoor areas, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and commercial fit-outs.
Owner Matt Sestero wanted to replace his 2024 site with one that reads as an established builder, shows real work, and turns a visitor into a call or a quote request.
It also had to be found: by people searching for a specific job in Cairns, and by AI assistants asked to recommend a builder.
What We Built
A complete new website, structured for search and AI answers from the first page.
One page per service
Ten service pages, each built around what people search for in Cairns for that job, with the answer to their question in the opening paragraph.
FAQs and structured data
Every service page carries an FAQ and structured data that tells search engines and AI assistants what MLS Projects is, where it works and what each service includes. An llms.txt file gives AI systems the same facts in plain text.
Photos of real jobs
Photos from MLS Projects' own jobs on every service page, and a projects page.
A quote form that takes photos
The enquiry form accepts photos of the job, so Matt sees the site before he calls back.
Fast and measurable
Plain HTML and CSS with no plugins or page builder to maintain, and every call, email and quote request tracked in Google Analytics.
Launch and Next Steps
The site is live at mlsprojects.com.au, and every call, email and quote request is measured from day one.
“Josh made a website for my painting company and gave great service from start to finish. Very happy with the end result.
